The Khaya Power business model relies on partner at two levels.
A regional distributor will be responsible for the recruitment, training and management of the appointed franchisees / Energy Hubs within the region. They will also manage the supply chain of products and consumables into the Energy Hubs.
Each hub operator/franchisee will operate within a community identified as having energy needs where traditional fuels are used and opportunities for solar energy exist. Each franchise will be a micro-business servicing the needs of the immediate neighborhood. i.e. within walking distance of the business premises, which could be home based.
The regional distributor will make use of the Khaya Power Operations System to oversee daily operations and remotely monitor the performance of each franchise.
The overall management of the brand and the development of new technology & systems will be centrally managed by Khaya Power.
